Morphall Technologies Ltd, operating from Lagos, Nigeria, acts as the Data Controller. We process your data in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02DATA COLLECTION

When you initiate a Discovery Call or submit an inquiry, we collect personally identifiable information including: Name, Corporate Email, Company URL, and Project Budget data. We also automatically collect Usage Data (IP address, browser type, diagnostic data) to ensure the security and optimization of our infrastructure.

03TRACKING & COOKIES

We utilize essential cookies to maintain session states (e.g., UI theme preferences) and analytics tracking to monitor traffic velocity. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though this may limit functionality.

04DATA UTILIZATION & RETENTION

Your data is used exclusively to evaluate project viability, execute contracted development, and communicate technical updates. Client transaction and project data are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Nigerian corporate and tax legislation. Unconverted lead data is purged from our systems after 24 months.

05DATA SECURITY & THIRD PARTIES

We deploy enterprise-grade security protocols. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure. We do not sell your data. We may share necessary data points with highly secure, vetted third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace) strictly for hosting, database management, and communication routing.
